Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

Counseling allows individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change,

better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.

CouplesTherapy

Couples therapy is a mode of treatment that aims to enhance the connection between two adults engaged in a long-term relationship. Couples may benefit from therapy if: they would like to increase their communication, improve their intimacy, or strengthen parenting skills.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy involves sessions guided by a therapist and attended by several clients who confront their personal problems together. The interaction among clients is considered to be an integral part of the therapy.

TraumaTherapy

Trauma-Focused Therapy is a specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes understanding how the traumatic experience impacts one's mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Addiction Therapy

Outpatient addiction therapy allows a person to continue their life as usual.  Additionally, outpatient therapeutic treatment also helps people with severe addiction who have completed inpatient treatment and need more support for recovery.

Sometimes we need a little extra support in life. Springs Trauma Center strives to assist clients in overcoming hardships and trials to be the best version of themselves. We believe in helping clients process through traumatic events that affect them in the present moment.  We provide a supportive caring environment for clients to work through trauma responses, addictive behaviors and find solutions to life's issues. 

Getting Help

We all experience trials, hardships, and trauma during our lives. With the necessary support, including psychoeducation, we can understand why we behave the way we do and utilize behavioral skills to begin to heal and thrive. Utilizing therapeutic services can help us become who we want to be and lead happier fulfilled lives.
